The 9th Tisza-tavi Prohuman Run is a friendly and family-oriented running race in Sarud, on the shores of Lake Tisza. The event aims for participants to enjoy the beauty of nature and the joy of sport on a varied, well-marked route. The race is held in the spirit of recreational sport and community experience, open to all ages. Runners can complete the distances in the scenic surroundings of Lake Tisza while becoming part of a supportive sports community.
